Organized chronologically, Currents/Crosscurrents places iconic paintings, photographs, works on paper, and sculptures in dialogue with works by and lesser-known and unknown artists. In the second presentation of this three-part series, Curator Gordon Wilkins explores works created between 1900 and 1930, by artists including Edward Hopper, Georgia O’Keeffe, and John Singer Sargent. This program was presented in conjunction with Andover’s Memorial Hall Library.
