Events and Facilities Rentals
The Addison Gallery is a unique venue for special events, receptions, business meetings, and lectures. The galleries offer an elegant and classical setting for cocktail receptions and other gatherings, while the Museum Learning Center is a fully equipped and flexible space for meetings and programs, with beautiful views of the Phillips Academy campus.
In consideration of our members and visitors, there is limited availability for any event during normal museum hours:
Tuesday - Saturday 10 am - 5 pm
Sunday 1 pm - 5 pm
The following types of rental events are not permitted at the Addison: political fundraisers; religious functions; art displays or the auction of art for any reason; education and design-related events not presented or approved by the Addison; and commercial events and performances that are not part of the Addison's formal programming.
Please keep in mind our changing exhibition schedule, since not every space is available at all times for your event.
